When Palmer came back home, it wasn’t an instant fix. Our reconciliation was a slow and sometimes messy process of rebuilding trust after the damage of parental alienation. There were steps forward and steps back, but together we learned that the effects of alienation can linger long after the legal battles are over - shaping how a child feels about safety, identity, and belonging.
That lived experience, combined with our work as family therapists, is what drives us to share this with you now. Our hope is to give you practical guidance that’s grounded in both what we know professionally and what we’ve walked through ourselves.
